Microsoft has just confirmed that they will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of Xbox’s release. The special digital broadcast will be held on November 15th, 2021 starting at 10 PM PST.
Xbox has confirmed that it will not be announcing any new games at the event. It added, “While we won’t announce any new games, this anniversary broadcast will be a special look back at 20 years of Xbox. We’ll share more details soon, so stay tuned.”
So what should people be looking forward to in the weeks leading up to this event? In the next three months, Xbox Game Pass will be including back-to-back blockbuster game launches such as the release of the highly-anticipated and long awaited real-time strategy title Age of Empires IV on October 28th, 2021, followed by racing sim Forza Horizon 5 on November 9th. Halo Infinite on November 15th and Microsoft Flight Simulator’s Game of the Year Edition (free update for owners) on November 18th will also be making their debuts on Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass Service.
Other heavyweight titles will also be included in the Game Pass such as Minecraft on November 2 for the PC Game Pass. Spin-off title Minecraft Dungeons Seasonal Adventures will follow in December plus the highly awaited Caves and Cliffs 2 Update. More details about the upcoming release can be read below:

Halo Infinite will be available in Game Pass when it launches across Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Game Pass Ultimate members will also receive monthly multiplayer bonuses as part of the Perks program.
