Notably, the Guild has negotiated a new residual structure based on viewership, offering bonuses for content viewed by 20% or more of a streaming service's domestic subscribers in the first 90 days of release.

For instance, projects on major streaming platforms will receive substantial bonuses, such as $9,031 for a half-hour episode. These changes will be effective for projects released on or after January 1, 2024.
