Halo Infinite Xbox Series X restocks at GameStop today

Another shot to snag the limited-edition Halo Infinite console.

GameStop has announced plans to reopen Halo Infinite Xbox Series X console preorders this week, plus the accompanying Halo Infinite Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2. The scheduled release brings another opportunity to pick up Microsoft's best Xbox console on the market, reworked with a limited-edition black and gold design, taking cues from its next installment of the shooter. The Halo Infinite controller draws a metallic green finish, inspired by franchise icon Master Chief.

The restock launches exclusively to GameStop PowerUp Rewards Pro members, with three releases scheduled over consecutive days. Orders for the Halo Infinite Xbox Series X console bundle open at 11 a.m. ET / 8 a.m. PT on Oct. 12, while the themed Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 follows at the same time on Oct. 13.

GameStop also launches a "Halo Super Fan Bundle," an all-inclusive package containing Halo Infinite Xbox Series X, Elite controller, and Razer Kaira Pro headset at 11 a.m. ET / 8 a.m. PT on Oct. 14.

GameStop has promised early access to members with PowerUp Rewards Pro, its annual subscription, available from $14.99 per year. This paid membership is one of the better opportunities to snag in-demand hardware, limiting access to just a subset of customers. You can pick up a membership below for an opportunity to purchase a console via the program.

Microsoft honors two decades of Xbox and Halo with a limited-edition Halo Infinite black and gold design of its flagship Xbox Series X console. While the stock is limited, you can find the latest links below.

GameStop PowerUp Rewards Pro also brings various benefits to regular customers, including bonus reward points, monthly credit, and access to Game Informer. However, early access to the latest consoles, graphics cards, and other in-demand products helps justify the upfront cost to avoid high resell prices.

The Halo Infinite Xbox Series X bundle launches on Nov. 15, ahead of Halo Infinite's slated Dec. 8 release date. The star-speckled device features metallic grey and gold highlights, drawing inspiration from the game's sci-fi world, coupled with a blue-tinted fan and custom sounds. The bundle includes the console, an exclusive controller, and one copy of Halo Infinite, priced at $550 in the U.S.

Nov. 15 also sees the launch of the Xbox Elite Controller Series 2, reinvented around the protagonist, Master Chief. Green and black paneling, custom decals, and a blue-tinted LED provide a signature Halo Infinite-inspired look. It also retains the same functionality as other Series 2 gamepads, including interchangeable components, adjustable thumbsticks and triggers, plus an overall premium in-hand feel.
