Samsung recently launched the Galaxy A13 4G and its already available for purchase in many countries. The brand also launched a 5G version of the phone dubbed as the Galaxy A13 5G last year in the US. The Galaxy A13 5G is currently only available in the US region, and Samsung is yet to make any official announcement about its global release. But now, it seems that the Galaxy A13 5G model’s Europe launch is just around the corner in the region.
The official support page of the phone is already live on Samsung Greece’s website, confirming its Europe release. The support page reveals that the phone will carry only the “SM-A136B” model number. Apart from the model number, no other specifications for the Europe variant of the Galaxy A13 5G are listed on the website.

In Europe, the Galaxy A13 5G will launch in Black, White and Light Blue color options. While the US variant is available in Black and Green colorways. In terms of storage the phone will debut in 4GB + 64GB configurations, and will cost between EUR 170 – EUR 200. For comparison, the handset was launched in the US for USD 249.

Since the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G is already official in US, we expect the Europe version to share similar specs. The Samsung Galaxy A13 5G come with a 6.5 inch size LCD display with V-notch, HD+ resolution, 720 x 1600 pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz Adaptive refresh rate.
Under the hood, the handset is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor. It is an Octa-core CPU based on TSMC’s 7nm node, and comes paired with the Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
On the back, the phone has a triple camera setup. The camera setup includes a 50MP lens and dual 2MP lens for Macro and Depth. For selfies there’s a single 5MP shooter. The device supports dual SIM and houses a dedicated MicroSD card slot. On software side, the phone runs on Android 11 with custom One UI skin. The phone draws power from a 5000mAh capacity lithium-ion battery. The phone also supports 15W fast charging, however the adapter is not bundled in the retail box.
The bottom of the phone has a single firing speaker, USB-C port, microphone and a 3.5mm audio jack. On the right side are volume rockers, and a physical fingerprint scanner which also doubles as power button. Other connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, WI-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO and NFC with Samsung Pay support.
