Various leakers have reported that it appears as though Epic and Sony are working together to bring Fortnite The Last of Us skins to the battle royale game. These skins could arrive around the September release of The Last of Us Part 1 remake.
In the most recent show of the XboxEra podcast, host ‘Shpeshal’ Nick Baker mentions a Fortnite and The Last of Us collaboration, “to coincide with either the game remake or the show.” While The Last of Us Part 1 remake will be released on PS5 in September (and later on PC), the event is currently scheduled to premiere in early 2023. According to the leaker, multiple sources have confirmed the upcoming release, and Joel and Ellie are most likely the two skins that will be added to the game.
