Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Announces Monster Hunter World Crossover

It may not be just the time to say goodbye to the game. Smaller updates for Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla are still in the works, even though the game received its final major content update in early December. In a crossover event with Bungie‘s looter shooter Destiny 2 earlier this month, Ubisoft’s open-world action RPG received cosmetics with a Destiny 2 theme.

Now it has teamed up with Capcom‘s Monster Hunter World for a crossover, expanding the game’s already extensive cosmetic offerings even further. Those who are already familiar with Monster Hunter will recognize a lot of these new cosmetics. This includes a new Odogaron-themed armor set and mount skin, a Legiana scout skin for your eagle, and a Garon-themed hatchet and rod for use in combat.

However long it took Ubisoft to implement the partnership with Monster Hunter World, it’s certainly worth the wait, as it gives players of both games more reason to stick with Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Since The Last Chapter marks the end of official content and development support, fans can assume that the studio’s attention has moved on to the next instalment in the series.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is available to play on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
