According to a recent announcement by MSI, their forthcoming TITAN GT77 HX 13V Laptop will be the first in the industry to have a 4K & 144Hz Mini LED display. Specifications of the laptop were leaked out a few weeks ago which confirmed that it would feature Intel’s latest Raptor Lake-HX 13th Gen CPUs and NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 40 GPU family.
The screen also has VESA’s DisplayHDR 1,000 certification, in case a 4K mini-LED laptop display at 144Hz isn’t enough. This indicates that its maximum brightness is 1,000 nits. Additionally, according to MSI, it has a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, which is comparable to laptop panels like the Alienware 34 QD-OLED.
The Titan GT77 HX laptop may be the only one with this display for a long, according to MSI, which claims an exclusive collaboration with AUO and their AmLED display technology.
