Steam users have a limited-time chance to try Parkitect for free. The promotion is running on Steam and allows players to download and play the game at no cost until March 9. The offer also includes a free expansion that players can keep permanently.
A Theme Park Builder with 8-Player Co-Op

Developed by Texel Raptor, Parkitect is a theme park management simulator inspired by classic games suck as RollerCoaster Tycoon.
One of its standout features is support for up to eight players in cooperative multiplayer, allowing friends to design and manage parks together. The game originally launched on PC in 2018 after two years in early access and later arrived on consoles in 2024.
Players Can Also Claim Free DLC
During the promotion, players can also claim the Parkitect: Booms & Blooms expansion for free. Unlike the base game, which is only free to play temporarily, the DLC is free to keep permanently. Anyone who later buys the base game will still retain access to the expansion.
Other expansions, such as Taste of Adventure and Dinos & Dynasties, are not included in the giveaway but are currently discounted.
Parkitect Will Have a Discount After the Free Period
Once the free weekend ends, Parkitect will remain on sale for a short time. The game is currently available at 66% off, bringing the price down to around $10.19 until March 13.
The Game Has 94% Of Positive Reviews on Steam
Parkitect has received “Very Positive” reviews on Steam, with about 94% of user reviews rated positive. Many players highlight the game’s similarities to classic theme park simulators, along with its strong replay value and multiplayer mode.
With the free trial running only until March 9, players interested in trying the park management game have a few days left to download it and see if it’s worth adding permanently to their library.
